Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Trade Marketing Manager at Peach, you will own and grow the on‑the‑ground marketing function that directly drives customers and car transactions. This performance‑focused role requires you to turn field activations into measurable sales outcomes, covering both the buying and selling sides of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full customer journey from first field contact to completed sale or purchase, meeting monthly quality‑lead and transaction targets.
• Plan and execute targeted activations, roadshows, and on‑ground campaigns, selecting locations based on the quality of customers generated.
• Recruit, train, deploy, and manage a Brand Ambassador team, setting targets and incentive structures.
• Build and manage partnerships with car yards, corporates, SACCOs, financing partners, and fleet operators.
• Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring cost‑per‑customer and cost‑per‑sale are aligned with overall marketing efficiency.
• Report weekly and monthly performance, adjusting spend quickly to optimise results.
• Collaborate closely with sales and wider marketing teams to ensure seamless follow‑up of generated leads.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in trade, field, or sales‑driven marketing, with at least 2 years managing field teams or Brand Ambassadors.
• Proven track record of hitting sales or customer‑generation targets.
• Strong analytical mindset – able to calculate acquisition costs and act on performance data.
• Experience designing incentive or commission structures for field teams.
• Hands‑on operator comfortable working at activations, markets, and car yards.
• Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
