Trainer – Leading with Balance & Cross‑Cultural Working

About the role

The United Nations Environment Programme seeks a Trainer to design, develop, facilitate and report on a comprehensive learning program titled “Leading with Balance: Attaining Work‑Life Balance and the Power of Cross‑Cultural Working in Times of Uncertainty”. The role supports leaders in cultivating a balanced approach to work and personal life while enhancing cultural intelligence for managing diverse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design a comprehensive learning program on leading with balance, work‑life balance and cross‑cultural working.
• Develop training materials, activities and resources that address uncertainty and cultural diversity.
• Facilitate interactive sessions for leaders and managers, ensuring inclusive delivery.
• Collect participant feedback, evaluate outcomes and produce detailed reports on program impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in designing, developing and delivering learning programs for leaders.
• Ability to address work‑life balance and cultural intelligence topics.
• Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and produce reports.
