Training Assistant

About the role

The Training Assistant supports the Training Manager in delivering effective learning programs. This role coordinates daily training activities, prepares materials, and ensures a smooth experience for participants.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the execution of training programs and learning activities.
• Prepare training materials such as modules, presentation slides, assessments, and resources.
• Manage participant records, track attendance, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for trainees, providing timely communication before, during, and after sessions.
• Organize training venues and ensure required equipment and materials are ready.
• Administer post‑training evaluations, analyze feedback, and identify improvement areas.
• Assist the Training Manager with monitoring outcomes, schedules, and calendars.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning programs and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in training coordination or HR administration.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Calendar).
