Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will serve as the operational and academic anchor for Computer Pride’s Mombasa branch. You will lead all training logistics, ensure high‑quality program delivery, and drive the branch’s growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch facilities and maintain IT infrastructure to create a conducive learning environment.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and evaluate a pool of professional trainers, managing their performance and development.
• Design, implement, and optimise the branch training schedule, aligning trainers with appropriate programs.
• Monitor training delivery and content to meet Computer Pride’s quality standards and analyse student feedback for continuous improvement.
• Review and manage curriculum and training materials to stay aligned with industry standards.
• Represent the branch with corporate clients, institutional partners, and students across the coastal region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive experience managing a learning institution, training centre, or academic department.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication abilities.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on branch growth and client satisfaction.

Required skills

• Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or Oracle.
