Transport Coordinator

About the role

The Transport Coordinator will manage the end‑to‑end scheduling, dispatch and monitoring of vehicle movements for corporate clients and VIP guests in Nairobi. The role ensures efficient utilisation of the fleet, timely service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Receive transport bookings, schedule vehicles and drivers, and dispatch trips while handling last‑minute changes and emergencies.
• Coordinate daily transport operations, liaise with drivers, suppliers and partners, and provide real‑time updates to clients.
• Serve as the primary contact for transport‑related inquiries, resolve issues promptly and maintain strong relationships with providers and corporate customers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operation reports, track costs, support invoicing and maintain accurate trip records and dispatch logs.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration, Tourism Management or related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in transport coordination, dispatch, fleet operations or corporate travel.
• Experience in corporate transport or the taxi industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with transport management or booking systems.
