About the role
We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our Nairobi office and manage the end‑to‑end travel booking process for corporate and leisure clients. You will turn client requests into fully documented itineraries using the Galileo GDS platform, ensuring accuracy and timely service.
Key responsibilities
- Convert client travel requests into confirmed itineraries using Galileo GDS.
- Prepare detailed fare quotations covering flights, accommodation and ground transport.
- Issue, re‑issue and cancel tickets as required.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels and other suppliers to secure bookings.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each reservation.
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in travel consultancy or ticketing (experience is mandatory).
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Galileo GDS platform.
