Urgent Messenger – Document & Parcel Delivery

About the role

We are seeking reliable and customer‑focused Messengers to join our team in Kisaju. The role involves the safe and timely collection and delivery of documents, parcels and other items while maintaining a professional image.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, transport and deliver documents, parcels and other items to designated locations within required timelines.
• Verify delivery information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections and related documentation.
• Ensure safety, security and confidentiality of all items during transit.
• Plan efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity.
• Report delivery delays, incidents or customer concerns promptly.
• Uphold a professional appearance and represent the company positively when interacting with clients.
• Follow company policies and road safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma in any field.
• Previous experience in a messenger, courier or delivery role is an advantage.
• Valid Class A motorcycle riding licence with a clean riding record.
• Good knowledge of Kisaju and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Honest, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Physically fit and capable of handling routine delivery tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
