Van Sales Representative – Field Sales (Kenya)

About the role
The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for achieving sales, distribution and activation targets while managing field visits, reporting and customer support in an FMCG environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of sales, distribution, and activation targets.
- Conduct field visits for coaching, audits, and support.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Handle customer and outlet escalations within the region.
- Coordinate stock availability and movement with relevant teams.
- Enforce company policies and operational standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or field team supervision.
- Experience in FMCG or General Trade is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical and problem‑solving capability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
- Valid driving licence.
