Virtual Sales Representative – Nairobi

About the role

Victoria Court is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to promote its accommodation and hospitality services through online channels. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, engaging customers on social media, and converting interactions into sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Victoria Court’s accommodation and hospitality services via online platforms.
• Respond to customer enquiries, maintain relationships, and update sales records.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct proactive follow‑ups and drive conversions.
• Use social media to engage potential customers and build lasting relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate reporting and record‑keeping.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales pitch, negotiation abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet sales targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
