About the role
We are looking for everyday users to help evaluate a voice assistant platform. Over a one‑week period you will make a handful of phone calls to the system, ask real‑life questions, and provide brief feedback after each interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Place five phone calls to the voice assistant within a week, covering topics such as health, work, education, and daily needs.
- Engage naturally with the system—no scripts or forced call cut‑offs.
- Complete a short (≈5 minutes) survey after each call to capture your experience.
- Consent to recording and transcription of calls for analysis.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Comfortable speaking English on the phone.
- Prefer participants who use feature phones or have limited data on smartphones.
- Limited prior experience with voice assistants is a plus.
- Open to all genders and both rural and urban locations.
