Volunteer Law Faculty Member

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Volunteer Faculty member to join our Law department at Africa Nazarene University. This role involves contributing to high‑quality curriculum development, delivering lectures, and supporting student research in a vibrant academic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan, and implement curriculum and course outlines for law programs.
• Prepare and deliver both contact and online teaching materials, using diverse instructional methods such as field studies, group activities, and laboratory sessions.
• Create learning assessment plans and supervise undergraduate, graduate, and internship projects.
• Conduct departmental research, publish findings, and participate in grant writing and collaborations.
• Advise students on academic and career matters and represent the department at conferences, workshops, and outreach events.
• Support administrative and operational functions within the department.

Required profile

• PhD in a relevant legal field, or a Master’s degree with a PhD candidate in the final data‑collection stage.
• Minimum three (3) years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and research abilities.
