Warehouse Manager - Consumer Electronics

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will oversee all warehouse operations for consumer electronics, ensuring accurate inventory, efficient logistics, and compliance with financial and safety standards. This senior‑level position reports to senior management and collaborates closely with finance, vendors, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and supervise annual stock counts, support auditors, and reconcile stock take results.
• Coordinate weekly cycle counts, investigate losses, and implement improvement plans.
• Track vendor shipments, manage customs clearance, taxes, and local logistics partners.
• Oversee reverse logistics and ensure timely collection and delivery of returned parcels.
• Support monthly financial closing by handling inventory transactions and vendor invoice posting.
• Generate daily sales reports, monitor credit blocks, manage warehouse assets, and ensure security and utilities are maintained.
• Process order cancellations, respond to parts ETA inquiries, and address ASC VOC issues.
• Ensure same‑day completion of open delivery orders, update proof‑of‑delivery records, and achieve target parts arrival ratios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, Warehouse Management or related field (Master’s degree advantageous).
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate audits, and drive process improvements.
