Warehouse Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Warehouse Officer to lead our store operations in Nairobi’s Westlands area. The role involves managing the flow of goods, ensuring accurate inventory, and supporting our supply chain initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily stores operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Supervise and lead stores staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery.
• Liaise with procurement and Scouts Shops to align supply chain activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse management or a related role.
• Proven experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
