Warehouse Parts Operator – Consumer Electronics

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Parts Operator to manage consumer‑electronics components in our Nairobi facility. The successful candidate will prepare orders, receive and store stock, and ensure inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Receive, unload, label, and store warehouse stock products.
• Perform inventory controls and maintain high quality standards for audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and optimise space utilisation.
• Record inventory movements in diary logs and report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, including preventive maintenance.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with all procedures, rules and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of proven experience as a warehouse worker.
• High school diploma (KCSE) or equivalent.
• Current forklift licence.
• Ability to lift heavy objects safely.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Willingness to work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.

Required skills

• Proficiency with inventory management software, databases and warehouse management systems.
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Forklift operation and preventive maintenance skills.
