Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Nairobi facility. The role involves overseeing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring an organized, safe warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods while maintaining accurate stock records.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct audits, and implement loss-prevention measures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound consignments with suppliers, transport partners, and customers.
• Optimize loading, unloading and delivery schedules to improve efficiency.
• Maintain an effective warehouse layout, labeling, and storage systems.
• Prepare regular reports on productivity, inventory status, and operational issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations and 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (ERP) software.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
