Webflow Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Webflow Specialist to join a US‑based digital marketing agency that serves local home‑service businesses. You will build new client sites, maintain existing ones, and ensure every page is fast, clean, and SEO‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new websites in Webflow from scratch using proven layouts for home‑service sectors.
• Update, maintain, and improve existing sites – adding pages, editing content, and implementing design changes.
• Create responsive, mobile‑optimized pages with custom interactions, animations, and CMS collections.
• Implement on‑page SEO elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image alt text, and URL structure.
• Configure Webflow SEO settings, set up Google Search Console, and verify proper indexing.
• Ensure all pages meet Core Web Vitals standards and add schema markup where appropriate.
• Support local SEO by building location‑specific landing pages and maintaining NAP consistency.
• Monitor site performance, fix broken links, slow loads, form errors, and conduct regular quality checks.

Required profile

• Experience building clean, well‑structured Webflow sites.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of sites without letting content become stale.
• Strong understanding of on‑page SEO implementation within Webflow.
• Attention to detail in design, performance, and SEO compliance.
