Youth Network Coordinator – Global Education Consultancy

About the role

The Youth Network Coordinator will support UNICEF's PROSPECTS partnership by designing and implementing an inter‑agency Youth Network Group. The focus is on forcibly displaced and vulnerable adolescents in the MENA region, with expansion to Eastern and Southern Africa. The role is remote‑based and will run for 16 months.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultations and design the structure of the Youth Network Group.
• Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding of young participants.
• Develop a roadmap, workplan and capacity‑strengthening activities for the network.
• Coordinate meaningful youth engagement at country and regional levels.
• Facilitate advocacy, learning and knowledge‑management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Advocacy, Development Studies, Human Rights, Child Rights or related fields.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in international development, advocacy, or knowledge management.
• Experience working with UN agencies, NGOs or partners on youth‑focused programmes.
