Account Manager – Solar Energy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our solar business in regional markets. You will drive marketing initiatives, generate sales, and ensure the team meets monthly targets while delivering top‑class service to key clients.

Key responsibilities

• Explore local market opportunities and convert them into sales.
• Lead a regional team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
• Develop retention strategies and expand service offerings in line with industry trends.
• Oversee solar projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Provide expert advice on solar technologies and stay ahead of sector developments.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts, guaranteeing client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, renewable energy or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of sales experience, preferably within the solar energy sector.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing customer relationships in photovoltaic or renewable‑energy markets.
