Adhesive Factory Inspector

About the role

The Adhesive Factory Inspector ensures that raw materials, production processes, and finished adhesive products consistently meet approved quality standards. You will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, and technical teams to monitor and improve product consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect incoming raw materials against specifications, record findings, and ensure traceability.
• Monitor production stages—including mixing, blending, dosing, dispersion, reaction, filling, and packaging—to detect deviations and report abnormal conditions.
• Conduct batch and finished‑product inspections, testing viscosity, density, pH, colour, consistency, solids content, bonding performance, and drying characteristics.
• Maintain accurate quality records, prepare inspection reports, and support investigations of quality failures and customer complaints.
• Inspect production equipment, identify mechanical or electrical issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Identify recurring quality problems and propose practical improvements to reduce waste, rework, and complaints.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures within the factory.

Required profile

• Practical experience in adhesive, coatings, construction chemicals, or related chemical manufacturing.
• Ability to detect and report production and quality deviations.
• Familiarity with basic mechanical and electrical components used in industrial equipment.
