AI-Powered Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking an AI‑Powered Application Developer to create intelligent internal tools that streamline workflows across sales, operations, finance, service and management. The role blends full‑stack development with LLM integration to deliver AI‑driven solutions that reduce manual effort and improve decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy AI‑powered internal applications and workflow automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify repetitive processes suitable for AI enhancement.
• Implement LLM features such as prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation, structured outputs and tool/function calling.
• Build scalable full‑stack solutions using Python and TypeScript (or equivalent).
• Integrate enterprise systems and APIs including Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, databases and internal platforms.
• Prototype, test and iterate quickly based on user feedback while ensuring secure handling of sensitive data.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience building internal or business applications in production.
• Hands‑on experience integrating large language models into applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Product‑mindset with the ability to assess when AI adds value.
