About the role

We are seeking a full‑time AI Research Scientist to join a leading technology organization on a remote basis. The role focuses on advancing frontier AI models and the underlying infrastructure, driving scalability and efficiency across large‑scale machine‑learning systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research and development of cutting‑edge AI models with emphasis on scalability and efficiency.
• Design, build, and optimise large‑scale training and inference systems for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Evaluate and benchmark emerging AI techniques against state‑of‑the‑art baselines.
• Publish research findings and contribute to the broader AI community.

Required profile

• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
• Experience with large‑scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Python and deep‑learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Familiarity with GPU/TPU acceleration and high‑performance computing.
• Ability to design and implement novel algorithms for model training and inference.
