About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Research Scientist to join a leading technology firm on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on advancing frontier AI models, scaling training pipelines, and delivering innovative solutions that push the limits of machine learning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research and development of next‑generation AI models with an emphasis on scalability and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and optimise large‑scale training and inference systems across distributed cloud environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate research outcomes into production workloads.
• Benchmark emerging techniques against state‑of‑the‑art baselines and publish findings.

Required profile

• Strong academic or professional background in machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
• Proven experience with large‑scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to design novel algorithms for model training and inference.

Required skills

• Python programming.
