About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Research Scientist to join a leading technology organization on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on advancing frontier AI models and the underlying infrastructure that powers large‑scale machine learning workloads. You will work alongside top researchers and engineers to push the limits of scalability, efficiency, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead research and development of next‑generation AI models with an emphasis on scalability and efficiency.
• Design, build, and optimise large‑scale training and inference systems for distributed environments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate research prototypes into production pipelines.
• Evaluate emerging AI techniques and benchmark them against state‑of‑the‑art baselines.
• Publish research findings and contribute to the broader AI community.

Required profile

• Strong academic or professional background in machine learning, deep learning, or related fields.
• Proven experience with large‑scale distributed systems and cloud‑based infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability to design novel algorithms for model training and inference.
• Track record of publishing or presenting research in top AI venues is a plus.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• GPU/TPU acceleration and high‑performance computing.
