AI Solutions Implementation Lead

About the role

Lua is looking for an AI Solutions Implementation Lead to turn client engagements in East Africa into live, adopted AI‑driven systems. You will act as the bridge between client executives, operations teams and Lua’s product and engineering groups, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery of digital employee solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client discovery workshops, map workflows, systems and data, and identify high‑value agent use cases.
• Translate business problems into technical scopes, user journeys, success criteria and deployment plans.
• Configure, test and troubleshoot implementations on the Lua platform, including tools, skills, integrations, webhooks, jobs and channels.
• Connect client systems such as CRMs, ERPs, support tools, databases and APIs.
• Own testing of agent outputs for accuracy, reliability, edge cases, permissions and escalation logic; run pilots and obtain deployment sign‑off.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, blockers and risks, ensuring clients provide required access and data.
• Produce implementation documentation, process maps, SOPs, test plans and training guides; support onboarding and early usage monitoring.
• Document each engagement as repeatable playbooks, templates and QA standards for the East Africa region.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading client implementations from discovery through deployment and adoption.
• Strong technical aptitude to read, test and troubleshoot integration work.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and manage project timelines and risks.
• Excellent communication skills for workshops, documentation and stakeholder coordination.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Lua platform (agents, skills, tools, jobs, webhooks, channels).
• Integration experience with CRMs, ERPs, databases and APIs.
