Alumni Network Lead (Remote/Global)

About the role

Crimson Education is seeking a proactive leader to own and grow its global alumni network. The role will be full‑time and can be performed remotely or from any of the company’s offices worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Crimson Alumni database, ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance.
• Design and manage digital platforms—including social media, alumni portal, and newsletters—to foster community engagement.
• Plan and execute 2‑3 major alumni events each year, both virtual and in‑person, coordinating with marketing and events teams.
• Partner with regional Crimson teams to tailor alumni initiatives to local contexts and create a unified alumni‑relations roadmap.
• Drive referral and donation programs by leveraging alumni satisfaction and recognition schemes.
• Serve as primary contact for alumni inquiries, monitor feedback, and highlight success stories for marketing purposes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in alumni relations, community management, or similar engagement roles.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of planning successful events.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple geographic markets and cultural contexts.
• Excellent written communication for content creation and outreach.
