About the role

As an Appointment Setting Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospects interested in Sun Coast Sciences’ wellness solutions. Your role is to spark interest, build trust and schedule qualified conversations for the senior sales team, helping customers on their journey to better skin and health.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective customers via phone or email, introducing Sun Coast Sciences’ science‑backed products.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for senior closers, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates.
• Maintain a fluid calendar, prioritize tasks and keep accurate records of outreach activity.

Required profile

• Strong persuasive communication skills and determination to connect with decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter attitude with a passion for personal development and career growth.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written abilities.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a private workspace equipped with a computer, microphone, webcam and noise‑cancelling headset.
• Backup power solution and a stable work environment to avoid disruptions.
