Area Coordinator – Lower Western

About the role

We are seeking a strategic leader to act as the entrepreneurial architect of the Lower Western territory, guiding a sales team to scale retail impact and drive revenue through data‑driven execution in a fast‑growing, mission‑led organization.

Key responsibilities

• Work with your manager to maximize business results in your territory.
• Recruit, train, and manage a sales team in your assigned area.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales, repayment and impact goals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotions and campaigns.
• Provide leadership and coaching to sales representatives to ensure performance targets are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Participate in target setting, sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Continuously develop knowledge of the industry and stay up to date on market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve sales targets.
• Results‑driven with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite and sales software.
