About the role

The Assistant Chef will support the kitchen team in producing high‑quality food products, focusing on powder and jam preparation. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in food production within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food powders and jams according to standard recipes and specifications.
• Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout the production process.
• Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations and meet production deadlines.
• Support inventory checks and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen.

Required profile

• Diploma in Food Production or a related field.
• No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work on site in Rongai.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
