B2B Reporting and Analytics Manager

About the role

Airtel Africa is seeking a B2B Reporting and Analytics Manager to lead revenue and performance reporting across its African operations. The role combines deep analytical work with cross‑functional collaboration to drive data‑informed decisions and improve product performance.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate monthly revenue, KPIs and forecast data, providing commentary on variances.
• Lead deep‑dive analytics to identify root causes of performance issues and support accurate revenue reporting.
• Analyse product performance (revenue, usage, subscriber trends) and deliver insights for business reviews.
• Collaborate with Head of Sales and Head of Mobility to evaluate product effectiveness and identify innovation opportunities.
• Conduct monthly inactivity and churn analyses to support targeted customer lifecycle initiatives.
• Own automation of reporting processes, ensuring data quality and standardized logic across markets.
• Train and upskill revenue analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems or a related field.
• Extensive experience in business reporting, KPI analysis and product performance analytics.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and translate business challenges into technical reporting solutions.
