About the role
The B2B Sales Executive will drive revenue by connecting organisations with integrated security and ICT solutions that address real operational challenges. Working on‑site in Nairobi, you will prospect new clients, build a robust sales pipeline and guide conversations from discovery to contract closure.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, government and institutional sectors using networking, referrals and strategic outreach.
- Build and sustain a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting, follow‑ups and lead conversion.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to track customer needs, competitor activity and emerging trends.
Required profile
- Diploma (or equivalent) required.
- Relevant sales experience mandatory.
- Ability to work on‑site in Nairobi.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
