About the role
Join the Slug & Lettuce team in Durham as a Bar Team Member. No prior experience is required – we’ll train you to greet guests, serve high‑quality food and drinks, and keep the venue welcoming and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a friendly, comfortable approach.
- Follow clear steps to prepare and serve food and beverages.
- Offer recommendations when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe and tidy bar environment.
Required profile
- Must be 18 years of age or older (role involves alcohol sales).
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
