Barista & Lounge Attendant – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista and Lounge Attendant to join our team on Mombasa Road. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee, beverages and creating a welcoming lounge atmosphere for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, teas, fresh juices, mocktails and other refreshments according to company standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
• Welcome guests, take orders, handle payments and respond to special requests or complaints.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, serving areas and beverage stations.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting replenishment needs.
• Support lounge events, music sessions and other entertainment activities.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and health regulations.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, Barista training or a related field.
• Previous experience in a barista, lounge or similar hospitality role.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and strong communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Operation of coffee machines and related beverage equipment.
• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) system experience.
