About the role

We are seeking a bilingual outbound full‑cycle sales representative to drive new business for customized LED signage solutions. You will generate outbound opportunities, manage the entire sales process, and close B2B deals with clients in retail, hospitality and corporate environments.

Key responsibilities

Generate new opportunities through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
Identify and engage B2B clients needing tailored signage solutions.
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, proposal, negotiation and closing.
Conduct discovery calls to capture client branding and design requirements.
Collaborate with internal design and production teams to craft customized proposals.
Present solutions and guide clients through the custom project workflow.

Required profile

Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) with clear, neutral communication.
Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience and full‑cycle B2B closing.
Proven track record of closing deals, not just generating leads.
Experience in consultative or solution‑based selling.
