Bilingual Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our Nairobi team. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads and setting up meetings for our Account Executives, working in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Design and execute multi‑channel outreach campaigns.
• Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and update records in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate activity and conversion metrics, meeting daily and weekly targets.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule qualified meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales development, outbound calling or call‑center environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) with a clear accent.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target‑oriented setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo.
