Business Development Manager – Diagnostic Services

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive footfall and revenue growth for Meditest Hospital’s Diagnostic Services. You will lead business development initiatives across cash, corporate, insurance, doctor‑referral, and healthcare‑facility channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and corporate clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, recommending appropriate diagnostic services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to assess risks and identify opportunities.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and public‑relations capabilities.
• Good planning, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
