About the role

The Business Development Officer will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding the customer base. You will play a key part in executing the company’s expansion strategy and achieving defined growth targets.

Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners.
Develop and execute business development strategies.
Organize marketing events and campaigns.
Conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
Prepare business proposals and presentations.
Meet established business growth targets.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 1 year of business development experience.
Strong networking and relationship‑building abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
Knowledge of the microfinance industry.
