Business Operations Associate – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Business Operations Associate to support a global technology leader. The role is fully remote and focuses on optimizing Google Workspace tools, managing user accounts, and ensuring smooth collaboration across distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage Google Workspace accounts, including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Meet.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for Google Workspace issues and escalate complex cases.
• Design and deliver training sessions on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
• Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enforce compliance and security policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering Google Workspace environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for delivering user training.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team setting.
