About the role

The Business Unit Head – Creative will lead Dentsu Creative’s Nairobi office, driving growth through innovative business strategies, sales leadership, and digital transformation. Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Chief Creative Officer, this senior role shapes the agency’s market positioning, client partnerships, and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Increase market share by 25% within 18 months by developing and executing sales‑focused business strategies.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through commercial leadership and business development initiatives.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts.
• Partner with the CCO to ensure creative solutions align with commercial objectives.
• Enhance client retention and satisfaction by 10% annually through strategic account management.
• Integrate cutting‑edge digital strategies, including AI and omnichannel marketing, to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Optimize sales processes to reduce cycle times by 20% while maintaining quality standards.
• Provide executive sponsorship for key client relationships and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes.
