Call Agent (Sales-Driven – Roadside Assistance)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy Call Agent to join our fast‑growing roadside assistance team. You will handle inbound, high‑intent calls from drivers in urgent need and turn each interaction into a paying service request.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and convert leads into paying customers using a structured call framework.
• Secure customer commitment by collecting the dispatch deposit.
• Transfer confirmed jobs to the dispatch team quickly and accurately.
• Enter all customer information into the Workiz CRM in real‑time.
• Conduct post‑service follow‑ups and request Google reviews.
• Maintain high call efficiency and minimize missed opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong sales mindset and ability to guide customers to a decision.
• Confidence under pressure and ability to take control of conversations.
• Urgent, fast‑paced work style without losing clarity.
• Ownership mentality – you take responsibility for results.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system (Workiz).

What we offer

• Base salary of KSh 53,000 per month.
• Performance‑based earnings with a minimum target of $2,000 (≈KSh 258,000) profit per week.
• Bonus of 10‑20 % on weekly profit generated.
• Remote work with CST (Texas) business hours.
