The Call Center Supervisor leads a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and meeting performance targets. This role combines people management, operational oversight, and client relationship responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to team members.

• Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor workflow, optimize resource allocation, and maintain quality assurance standards.
• Generate and analyze reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing escalations and building long‑lasting relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
