About the role
We are looking for a casual construction worker to join our site team in Westlands, Nairobi. The role involves supporting daily construction activities, maintaining site cleanliness, and assisting skilled tradespeople.
Key responsibilities
- Perform manual labour tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Keep the construction site clean and organized.
- Operate basic hand tools safely and responsibly.
- Follow all health and safety regulations on site.
- Assist with material handling and basic site preparation.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Work outdoors under varying weather conditions.
Required profile
- Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
- Reliable, disciplined and punctual.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- KCSE certificate or equivalent (advantageous).
- No prior construction experience required; willingness to learn.
Required skills
- Basic hand tool operation.
