CCTV Controller

About the role

We are looking for a vigilant CCTV Controller to monitor live video feeds, coordinate fleet tracking and oversee cargo movement. The role supports operational security and ensures compliance with safety procedures across vehicle and delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Real‑time monitoring of CCTV systems and GPS/fleet tracking platforms.
• Observe and report incidents, route deviations and security breaches.
• Coordinate cargo movement and delivery operations to maintain accountability.
• Prepare and deliver accurate incident and operational reports.
• Collaborate with logistics and security teams to enforce procedural compliance.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Security Management, IT, Logistics, Transport Management, Criminology or a related field.
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, control‑room operations or logistics coordination.
• Strong observation, communication and analytical abilities.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality and ability to work under pressure.
