About the role
We are looking for a motivated CD Sales Intern to join our Commercial Excellence team in Nairobi. The role offers hands‑on exposure to sales strategy, market analysis and customer interaction within a global consumer‑goods leader.
Key responsibilities
- Support the execution of sales strategies that drive sustainable business growth.
- Analyse sales performance, monitor market trends and identify commercial opportunities.
- Participate in customer visits and gain exposure to modern trade, general trade and distributor operations.
- Lead or assist strategic improvement projects within the Customer Development function.
- Prepare reports and business recommendations for the commercial team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
- Strong academic performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Previous leadership experience through student organisations, entrepreneurship or internships is an advantage.
