Channel and Customer Research Analyst

About the role

AlphaSense is seeking a Channel and Customer Research Analyst to support its Expert Insights team. In this role you will help uncover real‑time demand signals, competitive dynamics, and purchasing behavior across priority industry verticals, enabling investors to surface actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Map the expert universe for assigned verticals.
• Source and vet high‑value channel partners and customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key channel sources.
• Coordinate and monitor voice‑of‑customer interviews.
• Provide timely channel checks and demand‑signal analysis.
• Identify and engage the right operator, distributor, or end‑customer at optimal moments in the quarter.
