About the role
The CIP Agent will work in the airport terminals, providing welcoming, meet‑and‑greet, fast‑pass and loyalty‑program services to passengers. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the role ensures high service quality and customer satisfaction in line with airline procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver welcome, escort, fast‑pass and loyalty‑program services to passengers according to established rules.
- Support passenger check‑in, luggage handling, shopping, and visa assistance to enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor and control lounge catering, cleaning and fixture conditions, reporting any deficiencies.
- Process daily slips and invoices for service usage fees.
- Achieve sales and customer‑satisfaction targets set by the company.
Required profile
- Associate degree or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in the hospitality industry.
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
- Good command of English and ability to prepare reports.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
