Client Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Client Service Associate to support the daily operations of our trade desk in Nyeri. The role involves assisting clients with Bank Wire and ACH transfers, onboarding new customers, and maintaining strong relationships through multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, texts and emails from prospective and existing clients.
• Make outbound communications to promote services and assist clients.
• Process trade requests using Bank Wire and ACH transfer methods.
• Apply compliance policies and SOPs, and work with the compliance team to report suspicious activity via internal SAR tickets.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospects.
• Educate clients on cryptocurrency basics, wallet usage and related offerings.
• Track and report individual performance metrics on a quarterly basis.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or client relations.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency is preferred.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and communication skills.
• Understanding of risk controls, policies and procedures.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with all management levels.
• Computer proficiency and flexibility with working hours.
