About the role
MIPOL is seeking a hands‑on Co‑Founder to drive operations, strategy and growth for its early‑stage marketing decision‑layer platform. You will work directly with the founder to turn vision into a commercially viable business.
Key responsibilities
- Translate strategy into clear priorities, execution plans and measurable outcomes.
- Build processes, systems and workflows needed to move the business forward.
- Coordinate projects, resources and collaborators to ensure consistent execution.
- Validate customer demand, develop commercial opportunities and deliver initial customer engagements.
- Help shape business strategy, resource allocation and foundations for sustainable growth.
Required profile
- Experience in startup operations, strategy, business execution or project management.
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive builder who can navigate ambiguity, create structure and turn ideas into action.
- Commercial awareness, sound judgment and a strong sense of ownership.
- Genuine interest in entrepreneurship and willingness to build from the ground up.
