Community Brand Ambassador (Githurai 44)

About the role

The Community Brand Ambassador will represent Penda Health in the Githurai 44 area, building trust and awareness of our healthcare services. You will engage directly with community members, answer their questions, and encourage them to visit our medical centres.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the Penda Health brand through community outreach, distribution of promotional materials, and local partnerships.
• Register interested individuals on the “Chat na Penda” platform and capture leads.
• Engage respectfully with potential patients, address concerns, and provide accurate information about services.
• Submit daily activity reports and track partnership and lead metrics.
• Meet daily and monthly targets for community engagement and patient growth.
• Collaborate with the team, uphold customer experience standards, and support additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Business Management or a related field.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales, customer engagement, or community outreach.
• Fluency in English and Swahili.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Currently residing in Githurai 44.
