Construction Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of construction projects from initiation to hand‑over. The role requires ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with quality, safety and statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Execution Plans (PEPs) and maintain master schedules and construction programmes.
• Track progress, productivity and performance against approved plans and prepare monthly status reports.
• Manage cost, contract and risk aspects, including variations, claims, EOT requests and risk registers.
• Oversee subcontract administration, final account negotiations and project close‑out reporting.
• Provide leadership to Site Managers, coordinate design, site and supplier teams, and act as primary contact for clients and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards and manage defects through to hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Construction or a related field.
• Professional certification or registration in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
• Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
