Consultant Trainer – Information Systems, IT & Cybersecurity

About the role

TrainingCred Institute is looking for experienced Information Systems, IT and Cybersecurity professionals to design and deliver practical, engaging training programmes for professional audiences. You will work with the training team to translate client needs into customised learning experiences and facilitate sessions that strengthen technical capability and secure information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs through briefing discussions and define learning objectives.
• Develop and customise course outlines, presentations, lab exercises and assessments.
• Deliver classroom, virtual and client‑site training using demonstrations, guided labs and simulations.
• Prepare training environments, confirm software and licensing, and test lab activities.
• Assess learning via practical tasks, knowledge checks and feedback, and update materials to reflect technology changes.
• Submit materials on time, attend scheduled sessions and provide post‑training support.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field.
• At least three years of professional experience in the chosen specialisation.
• Proven experience delivering technical training to professional audiences.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical participants.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and written communication skills.
